1.The first way to book is according to facility: -Open the desired facility -Check available time slots -Select the time that suits you best 2.The second way to book is according to a time slot: -Choose the Reserve tab -Pick the desired date and time -From the newly generated list of available facilities, choose the one that suits you best and reserve it with a single click

Have you added the wrong facility to your favorites? You can easily undo this setting by simply clicking on the same star icon again. If you remove a venue from your favorites, it will no longer be shown at the top of the sections Dashboard and Venues.

On the Dashboard, in the Upcoming Events section, locate the booking you wish to cancel and click the Cancel button

No. Using our application is free of charge. You can be charged only the reservation price for the sports courts/fields/halls you decide to book.

You can add a venue to your favorites by clicking on the star icon next to the name of each venue. Once you do that, the marked venue will appear at the top of the Dashboard as well as at the top of the Venues page.

Open the home page and look at the third section titled Upcoming Events. There, you can see a list of your closest reservations. You can also find your bookings by clicking on your profile and then selecting the Upcoming Events section.

Whether you will be charged a “penalty” for canceling a reservation depends on the policy of the specific venue. Therefore, we recommend that you always visit the venue's page in our application and read the venue description and its business policies before making a reservation.
